40,000 Minnesotans die year in year out.  This is normal vital statistics.   A large percentage of those deaths are the elderly.   Also, a fair percentage  of expected Minnesotan deaths are from respiratory infections.  Year in Year out. Vital statistics comprises a number of important events in human life including birth, death, fetal death, marriage, divorce, annulment, judicial separation, adoption, legitimation, and recognition. The term “vital statistics” is also applied to individual measures of these vital events.  Your public health department then takes deaths and categorizes them further by age, race, sex and disease.  By looking at these absolute and categorized numbers, we can see if the current pandemic is actually  causing "Dark Days".   Don't bee hoodwinked.  Knowing math and statistics matter.   WE need real information on Covid so we can fight it efficiently, not scare tactics that have no mitigating success.
