Dr Gia Says

Dr Gia is joined again by mental health professional, creative and friend, Patrice Francis on the holidays this year.  It's been a different kind of year and undoubtedly a different kind of Christmas for so many of us.   They talk about how we manage conflicting experiences: those who are celebrating the most wonderful time of the year, while others who are dreading the pain and sorry of the loss during the holidays.

Dr Gia sits with Tracey who shares a bit of her faith journey and how therapy has been interwoven into it. 

Dr Gia sits with Pastor Rosmery, Senior Pastor of Legacy Church Global on faith and mental health.  Legacy Church is where Dr Gia worships and serves as Pastor of Health and Pastor Rosmery has been an incredible support and advocate for creating spaces in the ministry for worshippers to find healing. 

Dr Gia sits with Therapist, Jessica Robinson Grant as she introduces us to Soul Care Counseling and her journey to there.
