I'm running out of things to talk about. All I want to do is keep telling everybody about all the great podcasts I'm listening to and all the great information that's out there. Many people are against medication because of their ego. It's cool to drink drug shop Etc but not cool to take meds that actually are proven to help stabilize your mood. I'm not saying I'm Pro medication but I'm also not anti. Many young people these days tell me with great pride that they have quote tried everything but no they are depressed or some other or diagnosis and their medications work miracles. Meaning they can get on with what they want to do in their life without having to solve any interpersonal or intra personal problems.
