In this episode, Dr. Sogge leads participants through awareness practices inspired by effortless mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT) to build a peaceful relationship with therapists’ inner parts. Dr Sogge invites participants to discover the transformative potential and psychedelic nature of their own awareness, and shows them how to relate to therapist parts from compassion, love, and spacious awareness rather than thought. The intention for this workshop is to help CBT therapists deepen their own Self as context by learning to relate to therapists parts from the limitless qualities of awareness rather than from a limited therapist part identity.
