Jim Stutz returns to discuss another common regret of people who are approaching the end of life which is, "I wish I hadn't worked so hard." Stutz explains that all of these regrets feed into one main theme, which is that at the end of one's life many people find themselves wishing they had a more balanced existence. They wish they had spent more life-minutes with family and friends, traveling, writing, making music, or done more of whatever makes their soul sing. Stutz encourages those of us who still have time on this earth, to flip the script on residing in autopilot mode in order to learn of our own heart's desires and to follow them. He explains that we all have multiple dimensions to us and that our talents are our treasures. Exploring these leads to liberated self-expression and authentic fulfillment which are the joys of life.
