Meet the guest: Dr. Virginie Lachapelle earned her DVM and PhD in Veterinary Sciences in Microbiology from the Université de Montréal. She serves as a veterinary science specialist at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, developing risk assessment models for feed establishments. As an associate professor, her work focuses on feed safety, regulatory science, and risk-based inspection frameworks.
