Sometimes wisdom comes in surprising realizations. This episode was inspired while I was blow-drying my hair and thinking about how sometimes my hair turns out great and other times, not so much. So what causes "good hair" days vs. "bad hair" days? I think I have the answer. Listen and apply these insights to increase YOUR number of "good hair" days.

Fabienne was convinced that she had a terminal illness yet no doctor could find the cause of her symptoms. She reports feeling like an 80 year-old woman before she listened to her intuition and found the practice of Qigong. Within two weeks her health and wellness had improved miraculously and she stepped into a new lifestyle, which included helping others to find their own wellness. One of the most surprising and welcomed side effects of her healing was the decrease in signs of ageing, in what I am calling the Energetic Fountain of Youth. This episode applies to everyone and especially to those suffering from illness/ailments, medical professionals, parents, and those focused on feeling and looking more youthful.

During the recording of this episode I came to a realization, live in the moment. I realized that I had been feeling depleted by "giving care" all around me to the people in my life. I considered ending the podcast as I neared the one-year anniversary and I thought about how nice it would be to just care for myself for awhile. Then a co-creation session brought me back to life and reminded me why I entered into a helping profession. Supporting others aligns with my true nature and moving up the E.G.S. helped me to realign with that purpose. You will hear me coach myself back into alignment and apply what I do for others, to myself.

You're probably wondering what the catch is. Would I really promote revenge to my audience? If you're familiar with the podcast then you know that my messages are ones of love, acceptance, encouragement, and empowerment. This episode is no different but the truth is, sometimes I DO promote revenge. Listen to find out when revenge is the right step and how that is supporting you in Feeling Good Now.

So many people can relate with wanting to change things for themselves when they identify areas contributing to their unhappiness. Just as many people can tell the story of attempting to make the changes they were inspired to make, and then falling back into old patterns. Aaron has a different story to tell. Aaron found himself with various aspects of his life that he wanted to change, including being overweight with paralyzing anxiety. In this episode, he tells you how he went about implementing healthy choices which turned things around for him and allowed him to step into a life filled with wellness.

There was a time in my life when I considered myself a Christian. My spiritual journey has since taken me to understand truths about our universe in ways which challenge some particular Christian views. In this episode I offer you my perspective and insight into something which I recognize as a foundational element of Christianity, sin. I have come to understand something within the Bible which I believe proves that sin does not exist. The good news they teach in church is that Jesus died for our sins. I'm offering something different which I see as being the true "good news".
