Midwest Drags Registration - Two tech lines. Returning Racers with a lifetime SRMD go directly to Hot Rods by Havliks doing class tech with Rick Dodge doing NHRA / IHRA tech. New to Midwest Drags Racers check-in at GearVendors registration tent and get assigned SRMD number (placed on lower A pillar).
Registration Day (Moser Monday) will be Live Streamed (thanks to GearVendors Overdrive) with racer and participant conversations, test hits and sponsor spotlights on the Summit Racing House of Hustle channel.
Survive a Drag and Drive: Yardwork
Either get the yard mowed today or hire a neighbor kid right now. You don’t want to come back from the week and mow immediately.
They are sponsoring the Live Stream on Summit Racing House of Hustle youtube channel. They sponsor Live Streams for most of the Drag and Drive events! Their Overdrive systems make these events possible! Like Jay Grabiak said “The Gear Vendor helps makes it a dream to drive on the big roads” about the 67 Nova he won at last years Midwest Drags!
Gear Vendors is a veteran owned company, with Rick serving from 72-75, that has a long history of innovation! All kinds of racing, drag and drive events, towing and motorhomes can all benefit from an Overdrive system.
Here’s an example: 3.50 rear gear, 27” tall tire, 70 mph is 3000 RPM with a TH350/TH400, C4/C6, 727/904. BUT with the 22% Overdrive, 70 mph would be 2400 RPM! OR, 90 mph is 3000 RPM, we got places to be and places to see!! All at the flip of a switch!
