This month I had a wonderful (and bonus extra long!) conversation with Wendy Ann Greenhalgh, author of Mindfulness and the Art of Drawing. Our books cover similar ground but in different ways and we had fun comparing notes and techniques for drawing and meditation. Wendy Ann describes her newest red thread drawings and the teachings they are revelaing to her. We delve into talking about where our creative ideas come from and end with a super fun exercise that I have already put into practice.  This podcast will release on August 15, 2017, to coincide with her newest publication, Stop, Look, Breate, Create.
