We've had some cold, dark days here and it's got me longing for a calm, quiet Christmas filled with cozy moments and time for reflection.  As I look back over the past year,  I turn the pages of my Smash book, reading my journaling and sitting with the emotions.  Some pages are filled with accomplishments, others with grief and heartbreak.  But I'm proud of all of them.
