Is Joe Exotic’s Campaign Ad Good?

In order to assess if Joe Exotic’s campaign is any good, we first need to decide what makes a good ad in the first place. A good ad is engaging, hooks the audience member, conveys a message, tells a story, and includes a call to action. This is true for any type of ad in any industry.

Joe’s campaign ad is super engaging. He has a very authentic story by talking about how he will not change the way he dresses, that he is gay, and that he lives a very risque lifestyle both sexually and economically. The initial 5 seconds of the video are not very engaging because although he has tigers around him and that is interesting, he doesn’t tell me why I should watch the rest of the video. He also walks around a lot in a distracting way and there is a lack of focus in on his face and character. In a political campaign, I want to be able to see the candidate without glasses and trust who I am listening to and what they stand for. Although he is authentic I don’t think I can trust him seriously as a candidate, even if he is entertaining.

Overall I would say that Joe Exotic’s Campaign Ad is not effective ad driving me to the polls to vote for him. He could do better. You can see for yourself by watching it.

When Will I Get My Stimulus Check?

Millions of Americans are anxious about when they can expect to receive their economic relief from the coronavirus impact.

Checks will start being distributed as early as next week.

This is a part of the $2.2 trillion stimulus bill.

With more than 16 million people who are suddenly out of a job, many people are worried about how they are going to be able to continue to pay rent, bills, and sustain their life due to the coronavirus economic impact.

What Is The Timetable To Recieve My Check?

The IRS gave an estimated timetable for when checks will be distributed.

• According to the House Ways and Means Committee, the IRS is planning to start sending checks the week of April 13th.
• 60 million payments will be made via direct deposit, using the banking information it has on file for taxpayers’ 2018 or 2019 tax return.
• The wave will include Social Security recipients who filed tax returns and included direct deposit information on their returns, according to the House Ways and Means’ estimated timeline.
•  The second wave will be distributed Social Security recipients who did not file 2018 or 2019 returns and receive their benefits through direct deposit.
• In early May, the IRS will start mailing paper checks to households, at a rate of 5 million per week. The paper checks will first go to the households with the lowest-earning incomes and continue upwards.

It may take up to 20 weeks to mail out all those checks, according to the House Ways and Means.

The stimulus bill devotes $290 billion to the direct payments. The average payment will be $1,523 per household, according to calculations from the Tax Foundation.

People are being encouraged to stockpile food, toiletries, and medical materials such as face masks to protect themselves from the virus. Also with social distancing, industries such as professional sports are struggling to put on events, thus they are also losing money.

Because of this downturn and a lack of confidence to invest in an unsteady market, we are already turning into a bad recession.

It will pass and the economy will be better than ever after the virus passes.

When the economy improves you will want to wish you started a business that can take off.
