We get into all night wrong set and the redemption of Senor Mouse
We talk about the acoustic set, choose your own adventure and Kyle recalls the mix of emotions from the crowd when the choices were revealed on the screen
Kyle shares his other highlights from the weekend, of course that two song set, the band choice from night 2
and more!

1 hr 4 min - A conversation with Louie Meyette
Tune in this week to hear my conversation with Umphrey's McGee lighting crew chief, Louie Meyette! We cover a lot of ground during our conversation!
Louie tells me what it was like growing up in Bay City Michigan
How music came into his life
What he listened to growing up and his first concert experience
We also talk about college, what drove his decision to become a mechanical engineer and how that background helped him with his job with Umphrey’s McGee.
He tells me about his first UM, MIDWEST Peeps and how that lead right to working with the band, first with merch then moving along to his current position of lighting crew chief.
Louie tells me about what it’s been like working with Ben Factor and talks a little bit about the audition process.
What he’s up to while the guys are playing and what show day looks like for him.
He tells me what he never leaves for tour without, Summer Camp Music Festival, Rothbury Music Festival, some of his favorite music venues, and annoying parts of his job
Louie shares his favorite UM original to hear live + what he’d love to hear them cover
The lessons he learned during his time off in 2020, and the new perspectives that he gained toward himself, his relationships and life in general.
What other band in music history he would love to be on the crew for
Where his nickname Louie came from
AND so, so much more!
