We all have dealt with this, we've all encountered something that's lead us to this, the frustration, the anger, the resentment. So what we want to know is how do you deal with that frustration, how do you cope? We see frustration building in the lives of people everyday, and almost everyone deals with it differently. So what do you do, or how do you finds yourself coping with frustrations?

No Question of the Week this week, but there was a quote that lit a bit of a fire in the guys, and they all gave their take on what it meant to them. There's no wrong answer, and the guys always approach it that way, and this one was no different. We want to know your thoughts on the quote as well. Welcome, welcome, welcome!!! Thanks for pulling up on us while we're just trying to drop a dyme or two, just for you! We're rolling in Season 4, and here comes another one of those talks that's need to be had, but what else do we give you all?

Emotional intelligence, emotional IQ or emotional EQ are a hot topic lately, especially as people become more in touch with their emotion, learning and being more cognizant of their partner's emotions, being more present in those emotional moments and knowing how to approach and handle those feelings. We hear all these terms, and we know how they impact us, but learning how to approach and properly handle those in romantic relationships, but in relationships in general.

Learning when and how to display empathy, learning how important and how to communicate effectively in those moments, how to take that "pause" moment to consider how things you say might affect other, all of these are a part of that emotional intelligence, but aren't limited to just these things.

Of course, we discuss all of this and more, but how we are trying to get better in these, how we can work to be better, and even more. But we want to know do you think you're operating with a high emotional IQ? What's something you had to work on along the way. Let's talk about it!

Having to walk away from what you've worked so hard for can be tough, and even tougher when you worked that hard because it's been your dream since you can remember it, but what about when you were told to abandon that dream, a long time ago? Did you let those doubts fuel you, did it discourage you back then, and you only dabble into it as an adult for fun, or did you never look back, and think at times "What if?"

Well, we talk about how we managed those feelings, how we received that information that might not have been the easiest words to hear or swallow, no matter what age. So listen in, and see if you took it the way these guys took hearing it. Of course we want to hear what see your dream was. As you read this, I'm sure you're either already laughing at the title, or you're wondering "I wonder where this can possibly be going." Either way, stick around and enjoy a good talk that you might be able to relate to, or laugh at in some way.

First we hit on the Question of the Week: What's the craziest thing your ex has done? After asking it on Facebook and Instagram, we soon realized, none of our stories about our exes were even remotely as bad, crazy or even funny as some of you all. Guys and ladies had really been through some crazy situations. Some were super sad, outrageous and wild! End of the day, we're glad you all are safe and sound and here to tell your story. Some of y'all need to get in contact with Lifetime, and get this out!

Our topic is about clarity, about making good decisions, about understanding your worth, all of that, but with COMEDY involved. Sometimes after you get that release, you realize that wasn't the best thing to do, and *singing* "I can see clearly now, the rain/nut is gone..."

Ladies, do you think you all have something similar? I know the guys do! Sometimes, you're almost cringy after, you're wondering why and how did I get here, you're asking yourself so many questions, sometimes even disappointed. We're back, we're ready, we missed you all more than we could ever show, so to try to show you, we actually came back, refreshed, ready to share, ready to talk, ready to listen, ready to drop these dymes we've been holding on to over this break. The break was much needed, much appreciated, and it's helped us get a few more things in order to help us get out the best product we can for you all.

One of our new interactive deals will be the QW- Question of the Week. We will alternate weeks, where we ask you all questions, and read those answers, and then the next week, ask the question on the pod, and we'll answer. We don't want to overwork you all, so it will be an every other week thing for you all...lol

So for the Welcome Back episode, we asked the question on social media "What is your craziest memory from elementary school?" We read off some of the funniest and craziest answers, and even shared our own. We talk what we did over the break. *Hint- a couple of us got a little older and better* And we just pop our natural sh!t, which always seems to turn into a good talk.

We got another good talk for you!

This weeks marks the end of Season 3 for your boys, and we have to say, it's been a good one in so many ways! If you've been here for this season, and caught some of last season, then you definitely realize that we've been growing! We've brought in guest, added some things here and there, taken some things out, whether one purpose or not, here we are! We've been figuring it out along the way, and you've been right there for it all!

Along with growth comes some growing pains, of course, and you've been right there for those as well. Microphones not functioning properly, not having enough microphones because some were missing, lighting issues, camera issues, and you stuck through it! But in that same breath, we made up our minds that the show must go on! Like we said from the beginning, we have to get these conversations out here. The ones that most people aren't having, but they need to be had, and out loud...to continue to show that we're actually having them, it's a safe space to have them, and that we're wanting you to have them, whether with us, with your friends, family, or whoever you can confide in.

This episode...Oh, this is us, talking about love, with a couple of twist and turns, but it's love all the same!..lol Nothing new, nothing different. Just us giving our thoughts, our perspectives and opinions. None of this is Bible, but just what's worked or hasn't for us, and just might for you.

This week, we had an opportunity to let our guy Gio Morgan on the podcast with us. We've had some conversations with our guy, and we knew he had a few things on his mind. It's a few things that get we have an opportunity to address and converse about.

There's a lot of things that are weighing on people everyday, and we say that we're going to touch on those conversations, because that's what we want to do in every episode, talk about things that we need to talk about, but just aren't talking about. People are feeling underappreciated, feelings of depression, anxiety, and for some people, they never have a safe space, anyone to talk to or just can't express themselves, and it's starting to get tough for a lot of us, and as brothers out here, we have to be able to offer an ear, give a little space to listen, and give whatever we can to help out.

The conversations take us up and down, and through a couple of loops, but you all get an opportunity to see us be there for each other. We want to leave that open door for our people, and we consider you all our people, so if you find yourself feeling some kind of way, feelings of anxiousness, so on an so forth, reach out, to us, to someone you find safety in, or whoever you think is there, find that, find them, and make sure you get it out!

We say this every week, but we really do have a good one for you. I know we usually seemingly agree on the conversation topics that we discuss, but this one is a little different for us. Not that we disagreed, but the places we all come from make our answers differ a bit. We're all men on this episode, so we can get passionate about things that move us, and "our people" is one of those things that moves us!

We love our guy Roger, and he loves our people as much as we do, so it makes these conversations that much more intense. And because we have for each other, it makes it easy for us to shake hands at the end of these and know that we're only this way because we still love each other.

This one touches on accountability, self awareness, love for each other, grace, mercy, kindness, figuring out the crime in our community and many other things, but at the base of it all is LOVE! So know that we're not just saying it, we actually mean it! We definitely hope you enjoy all the conversations, and we always want to know your thoughts, but we definitely want to know what you're thinking after watching this one!
