Yuletide Season is officially upon us! In this episode, Ashley surprises Jackie with an early holiday gift! After that, your favorite witches offer rituals to fit opposing tastes this Yuletide season:  for the party people, one of them includes alcohol (recipe below!); the other includes a lesson on a naturally occurring Fibonacci sequence for all you intellectual witches. Who are we kidding, why not be both?? Your witchy amazingness knows no bounds as we move into 2023!

COLD MOON EGG NOG
2 cups oat milk
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground clove
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg white
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup vanilla vodka
1/4 cup brandy
2/3 cup heavy cream
1. In a small pot over medium heat, warm the milk and spices. While it warms, whisk in the sugar and egg white until throughly mixed.
2. Remove from heat and slowly whisk into egg yolks in a medium bowl. Pour mixture back into pot and heat again over medium-low for 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat, let cool 3 minutes then stir in alcohols and heavy cream. Pour into two mugs.
