Dunks After Dusk

Mitch and Pat are back after vacation to put a bow on the Timberwolves summer league. How was the summer debut of Robert Dillingham and Terrane Shannon Jr.? Can Dashien Nix be more than just a vibes guy? Is Jaylen Clark's defense already league ready?

Well, this is either one of the best things we've done or the worst. If you are a fan of the Timberwolves and Harry Potter, this is the episode for you!

If you aren't, you may still enjoy our talking on bumphing and snitchknipping.

Draft episode!

Mitch and Pat walk through the Timberwolves draft night by looking at through scenarios:

1. Favorite players to draft with 27+37
2. Packaging picks to move up in the early 20s
3. Packaging picks and players to move up into top the top 5, the end of the lottery and mid teens

Find out who our favorite players are in the unlikely event any of the guys we talked about are drafted by the team tonight!

For the last time, Mitch and Pat wax poetic about the 2023-2024 Timberwolves season. Rudy, KAT, NAW and Jmac get their end of season awards featuring Creed, Dolly Parton, lawsuits, and more.

Stay tuned for next week when Mitch tries his hand at some roleplaying!

And we are back! Now that both Mitch and Pat have had the appropriate 10-day mourning period to grieve the loss of the Timberwolves season, they are back to hand out their end of season awards, talk about their favorite memories for each player, and ask one big question going forward.

We'll be back in a week to finish up the rest of the players!

Mitch and Pat recap a disappointing end to the best season in twenty years. We hand out game awards for the last time this season, but finish talking about why we loved this year as a whole.

We'll be back on Tuesday for a season-wrap episode!

Pat and Mitch are reunited after a two game hiatus to discuss the Wolves victory in game four of the series vs the Mavs.

The Wolves played far from a perfect game, but it was enough to steal one on the road. While a grumpy Mitch wouldn't quite say the series is interesting yet... if the Wolves get game 5 at home... now we're talking about some real pressure being put onto the Mavs.

Let's keep having some fun - Wolves in 7!!

Riding solo one more time, Pat talks about the Wolves loss to the Mavs - another game about the difference between superstars.

Don't start the funeral music just yet! Teams are only 0-153 when falling behind 3-0 in a series. Why not go out and make NBA history over the next week?

Pat takes over the solo pod tonight to offer a quick recap while Mitch it out of town. The Timberwolves stars have another bad game while the defense on the interior still is allowing too many dunks and layups. Adjustments weren't enough tonight... win game 3 or from a historical perspective, the series is over.
