The market's inventory stayed relatively consistent - buyers and sellers were joining the market at an even pace. The price increases we saw earlier this year generally stayed the same, with a few resorts moving slightly. It's hard to overlook the number of reduced contracts on the market when you scan over the listings. Jodi believes sellers may have been a bit ambitious in their asking price and have started to decrease prices. Old Key West and Saratoga dominated Disney's buybacks. Copper Creek was also repurchased for the third consecutive month in a row.
