Meet Kenny King and William Marshall, Co-pastors of Grace Bible Fellowship in Sikeston, Missouri. When I heard their story, I was floored, and couldn't wait talk with them. They were both Senior Pastors in the same town at two different churches, one primarily black and the other primarily white. When they met and discovered their shared beliefs about the gospel and their passion for racial reconciliation, they became fast friends. Through that friendship, they eventually merged their two separate churches into one united, diverse church.
In this episode, we get to hear the story of how they met, why they decided to merge their churches, and the unique opportunity God has given them to display the power of the gospel through their church. Their church is a great example of this month's verse, "Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves." (Romans 12:10).
