This episode is so so good.  Alli is bringing it home and wrapping up her last episode with us by leaving us with some very encouraging tips on how to put rest into practice.  She's giving us permission to offer a gracious "no" when we need to.  She's encouraging us to take care of what's in front of us.  And, she's even suggesting that we make a "stop doing" list.
