William H. Lightfoot, Former Sergeant served with the Richmond Police Department for thirty-six years.  He has served as an investigator and supervisor within multiple units. He is a graduate of the Virginia Criminal Justice Instructors School and the National Intelligence Academy in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He holds a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice.

Bill has extensive experience in the design, development and management of training programs. He has also assisted other agencies, both government and private, in the development of Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse protocols and policies. He works with private industry to develop Domestic Violence protocols.
