(Grief Series: Episode 1/4)

Episode #1 or 4 in a series that I am doing about grief and loss! In today episode, I am sharing the real, raw and authentic experience of losing my dad only 2 days ago! Loss is difficult. Grief is personal. Everyone experiences grief differently. How you handle grief really depends on your personality, your support system and your innate coping skills. With grief, there are no rules, no formulas, no roadmap. It’s a process that you just have to allow to unfold. 

While grief and loss is something that has impacted us all, we don't really talk about it. It is my hope that starting the grief conversation on this podcast will support you as you walk, move and live through grief and ultimately heal. I hope this episode supports you in knowing that you are not alone and that you give yourself permission to move through your own grief journey at your own pace . . . with patience, gentleness, grace and love.
