The Bitcoin halving, which already occurred, will lead to a supply shock and eventually drive up the Bitcoin price. The US election, regardless of the outcome, is likely to create uncertainty and could result in a dip in Bitcoin price in the short-term. In the long-term, each candidate has different ideas about how to regulate and corral Bitcoin. Finally, quantitative easing, or money printing, is expected to occur in the spring of 2025 and could lead to inflation and a further increase in Bitcoin price. Understanding these events is crucial for understanding the future of Bitcoin's price discovery.
