This is episode #2 of 4 in a series that I am doing about grief and loss. I was inspired to talk about grief because I recently lost my dad to Cancer on January 1, 2021. While grief and loss is something that has impacted us all, we don't really talk about it. It is my hope that starting the grief conversation on this podcast will support you as you walk, move and live through grief and ultimately heal. I hope this episode supports you in knowing that you are not alone and that you give yourself permission to move through your own grief journey at your own pace . . . with patience, gentleness, grace and love.
