Have you ever wondered if your husband, mother, father brother, etc is a narcissist? This term gets thrown around pretty loosely but narcissism is a clinical personality disorder and it's important to understand it fully. 

Once we understand the thought process of the narcissistic person, we can become more skilled at dealing with them. We can handle this person’s behavior with grace, and most importantly, we can understand how to put proper boundaries in place to shield ourselves from narcissistic abuse.
