Dr Alex Richardson is internationally known for her research into the role of nutrition (especially dietary fats) in brain development and function, and its implications for human behaviour, learning and mood. She has over 90 peer-reviewed publications, and is author to one of my favourite books – They are what you feed them. Her current research centres on the role of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in mental health and development.
