From 1967 to 1972, Gene and The Memphis Boys recorded an incredible 122 hit records, with artists such as Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Neil Diamond, Dusty Springfield, King Curtis, B.J. Thomas, Merillee Rush, John Prine, The Box Tops and more! Gene's other credits include Willie Nelson's "Always On My Mind," The Highwaymen and many more! Gene and I do a deep dive into his incredible career, as well as several of his iconic recordings and drum parts.
