This week on the Exercise Is Health podcast, Julie and Charlie interview Dr. Fatima Hyder of IdealAccessMD.  IdealAccessMD the first direct primary care clinic located in Schaumburg, IL.  Dr. Hyder describes the numerous features that the direct primary care (DPC) model offers versus the traditional western medicine model.  Dr. Hyder tells her story of why she chose the DPC model and why she believes it will result in more affordable health care and ultimately a healthier population.
