My guest today is Lydia Moussa; An author, a global transformation consultant with a PhD in change implementation and the Founder at The Change Hub. As an expert in change implementation, Lydia combines knowledge and evidence from her research to help businesses achieve successful human centered transformational change. 

 In this episode, as well as chatting about her upcoming book, Lydia and I chat about effective change implementation as key part of the change cycle to help business navigate through the change often ‘messy’ middle.

About Lydia (In her own words)

✅ Expertise
Transformation and change expert, Lydia Moussa, combines knowledge and evidence from her PhD in change implementation research, with over 10 years of change experience to help teams achieve successful, human-centered organisational transformation.

Her expertise in change has led her to publish her work in the Journals of Change Management and Implementation Science, speak at national and international conferences, teach the change topic in the Executive MBA at the University of Technology Sydney, and work with leaders to bring change to life.

✅ Experience
Lydia has worked as a Transformation Consultant across a wide range of industries and has led a variety of large scale national and global transformation projects across multiple sites and functions, with a diverse range of stakeholder groups.
These have involved adoption of digital platforms, transforming organisational culture, rebuilding business workflow and processes, designing and implementing services, building internal change capabilities through training, as well adapting to new ways of working including agile and Human Centred Design.

For successful transformation to occur, Lydia believes time needs to be spent understanding the setting, those involved, their priorities, the objectives of the change, and utilise different evidence-based strategies, according to the needs. Lydia uses approaches such as:
- Change Facilitation
- Implementation Science
- Change Management
- Human-Centered Design
- Agile Methodology among others.
