After a week when the England Women's national team made it to the Euro 2022 Semi Final we have a Euro 2022 Podcast special this week as for the first time I welcome two guests from different organisations, but with a shared mission and vision!

I am joined by Karen Dobres, Director of Lewes FC and Jo Child, Founder of Co-Women. We recorded this episode two days prior to the Lionesses Euro 2022 quarter final clash with Spain at the Amex. This highlights how far the women’s game has come, but still a long way from achieving equality within the game. These two inspirational women have recently joined forces to work together and push for further ways to strive for equality in sport and business.

This episode release could not have been timed better, as the England Women's team await their semi final clash v Sweden on Tuesday 26th July 2022. With the lack of media coverage of the Women's achievements it is clear that despite how far the women's game has come we are still a million miles away from equality. In this brilliant episode, we discuss equality in the game as well in business. We delve into the challenges these two brilliant women have faced along their journey, imposter syndrome, joy for well-being, neurodiversity, sex positivity for women in business and much more. It is a truly inspiring episode and one that will open a lot of discussion points I am sure as these game changers strive for a more equal society.
