Today, my guest is  Jennifer L. Bryan; a TED speaker, Author and the Vice President of the Association of Change Management Professionals UK.

With over 20 years of work across various industries and organizations, Jennifer helps clients through taking  a practical approach, combining her coaching expertise with a focus on the behavioral aspects of change. A firm believer that learning and change go hand in hand, Jennifer has developed the ABChange Model; a unique change framework based on established theories of leadership and change.

About Jennifer (In her own words)

Jennifer Bryan is a published author, TEDx and global speaker and Managing Director of Change and Leadership, who has worked with nearly 40 different organisations across multiple industries.  She is also a Vice President of the Association of Change Management Professionals UK.  She has a passion for putting people at the heart of the decision making room.  She has developed a holistic approach to change and created a unique leading change framework, the ABChange Model and uses her commercial insight to help lead people in change.
