In this podcast we're going to talk about how to really audit the last year - Rachel Hollis has to be mentioned as she does a calendar audit that is AWESOME and I got this idea from her podcast! (Go listen!)

When we feel like we're working really hard, but still aren't where we want to be, we need to look at a few different things.

What IS working and lean into this.

What is NOT working, and get out of it.

Then we need to have real clarity on what the goal is, and WHY that's the goal, what does this actually do or impact?

We map out a plan to get there and go ALL IN, then re-evaluate in 6 months.

Go 30 days by 30 days - and day to day to keep trudging forward, but at the same time, chart out what results you're finding, that way you can look back and see where the holes are.

We want to be able to either ADD something in that we're not doing, or SUBTRACT something we are doing!
