For me this guest really cultivates what this podcast is all about, true entrepreneurship. He took over the family business in 2009 and has grown it over the past 12 years to £100 Million company. He talks about ambition, culture, tenacity, resilience, what is was like running an events company during the pandemic and his journey to running one of the UK's largest independent owned agencies and reaching £100 Million turnover.
