In this episode, Joe from Lawn Solutions Australia sits down with Master Greenkeeper Alan FitzGerald, who is currently leading turf operations at Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Delaware. Before his appointment there in 2023, Alan spent 19 years as superintendent at LedgeRock Golf Club in Pennsylvania.

With over 30 years of experience across some of the world’s most prestigious private clubs—including Mount Juliet (Ireland), Loch Lomond (Scotland), and Pine Valley (New Jersey)—Alan brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into turf management at the highest level. A graduate of both the Penn State Turfgrass Program and the National Botanical Gardens in Ireland, Alan shares his career journey, global experiences, and lessons learned along the way.
