Ok, so you have made the sponge cake from the instructions in the TAK episode, but how do you make butter icing? You will need butter, icing sugar and a bowl.

Put a few spoons of butter in a bowl, with some icing sugar. Add a SMALL amount of water. I'm talking a few drops here. Beat with a fork. Continue to beat it like it owes you money. Beat it more. Add more icing sugar. 

You will not need to add any more butter. Also, the mixture is incredibly sensitive to water - a small amount goes a long way, and even a little too much leads to your butter icing being too runny. Add more icing sugar until you have the required amount. You are looking for a texture not any runnier than butter itself - you are looking for a thick, almost mortar-like texture.
