Ever since I read The Five Senses by Gretchen Rubin, I’ve been thinking about my days a bit differently. I’m noticing things more. I’m attempting to listen more. I’m striving to stay present in the moment, to really experience it. 


I’m trying to choose a bigger life and this book is helping me do it.
