E85 - FEELING NOT GOOD ENOUGH? 3 THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Listen Later

In this podcast today we're going to discuss not feeling good enough.

This can be a deep seeded issue from childhood, it can be how we feel as an adult from feeling excluded, left out (ETC)

I want to focus on 3 things you can stop and do any time you're not feeling good enough.

  1. WHO - ask yourself who is making you feel like this. Is it you? Is it someone else? IF it's someone else, WHO is that? Is it someone significant that you need to have a real conversation with to resolve this?

OR is it someone who if you were honest with yourself... doesn't really matter.

If you don't owe them anything, and they don't owe you anything... why are they making YOU feel bad? That could solve it right there.

Are we setting expectations on people and being disappointed?

The subcategory here is knowing IF it is someone significant - we need to have a next step in place to resolve it.

If it's someone who "doesn't matter" in the big scheme of things, we can sort of move on right there with that.

2. LET THEM - the let them theory, control only what you can (Mel Robbins reference)

3. LET YOU - focus inward, what are your goals, who are YOUR people or go find them, hobbies, Have a GROWTH mindset
