Then if you feel as though you really are putting in 100% effort, but not seeing the results, our questions change.
Is it time to ADD in or TAKE AWAY something?
Is it time to change strategy?
Am I truly doing what is required and that will work for you and your body/mind/etc?
The effort question is tough, because at the end of the day it is SO simple.
