Is travel alone good?
yes.
travel alone is good, travelling is good for the developing yourself - getting in touch with yourself where you have the freedom to do anything you want in a brand new place that you're exploring!
Should someone with anxiety travel alone?
yes.
We tend to set ourselves up for either disaster or greatness - it's very hard and challenging in the moment.. but going thorough that tough shit helps us more than we know. Stepping into uncomfortable situations can suck - but if we aim to gain experience and lessons then these situations become steppingstones to build a stronger foundation that will soon allow us to step into ourselves.
You are unique & beautiful, just get out there and show the world what you got!

Three wonderful ladies joined me to discuss their new book I am Beautiful...and I Know it
The goal of this book and something that we want all children to understand is that beauty is less about the shoes you wear and more about who you are; what you stand for, and the dynamic understanding of your worth and strengths.
When you have a clear understanding that you are loved, that you have value, that you are supported, and that you matter, your beauty shines loud and clear. You wear your beauty that goes beyond any outfit, any haircut, any purse, house, car or nail colour.
This book is intended to remind all children that they matter. That their worth is more about their character, and integrity and finding and living in their most authentic way, surrounded by people who celebrate them, inspire them and encourage them to find their greatest self.
When you understand your strengths and are open to finding and developing your truth and the things you are passionate about, your beauty will inevitably radiate peace, light, depth and creativity. When this shines bright, your beauty can light up the skies and this is the message that we want all children to understand, embrace and cultivate.
The target market for this creative, beautifully inspired book is for 7-year-olds and younger, however, equally important for all children and their influencers, like parents, teachers, and other caregivers who might benefit from reading this book and understanding the main ideals associated with beauty.

Can gratitude change your life? Heck ya.. would we know blessed if we don’t know stressed?

Would we know good if we don’t know bad?

Would we know happiness if we don’t know sadness?

Would we know love if we didn’t know hate?

There is not one without the other peeps! When you’re high, you feel like you’re flying & lows seem non-existent.. and that to me is dangerous

When your low, you feel like you’re drowning & highs seem out of reach.. equally dangerous

If in your highest & lowest moments you have gratitude, you keep one foot on the ground and know this too shall pass
