June 10, 2021 How I Dealt With And Overcame My Social Anxiety 😅
At the age of 14 I was diagnosed with a multitude of mental health disorders, one of those being social anxiety. I feared socializing so greatly that my brain would begin to shut down & often resulted in loner-like behaviour and self hatred.. It was a daily struggle and thankfully, something I have been able to combat!
Though it's not easy, it's worth the struggle. The struggle of growth & change 🦄
Look at me now! I'm ON the social media, flaunting my shit, loving myself, loving all my peeps & as social as ever! I grew into a leader and inspire others to step into their potential as well!
It's in all of us to overcome our battles, learn from them & become more of who we are capable of becoming - just keep going everyday!

So often people are swayed from their goals - constantly battling their temptations and desires with their goals and aspirations..
What if i told you there was an easy way to end that battle ... it may seem crazy, but believe me:
PLAN IT ALL! Yes, make a plan.
And in that plan, include the things that tempt you, those things you desire short term.. that way you won't ever feel guilty & you still get to indulge in the things you love!
