Stephanie Pitts is an educational therapist, helping those with learning differences and disabilities to reach their full potential. Being able to work one-on-one with a student for a longer period of time is much more beneficial and fulfilling for both the student and educational therapist. Stephanie’s learning curve came on the business side of things where she had a business buddy and a business coach where she learned a great amount about how to run her own business and tips about what to specifically focus on. Once Stephanie started having a lot of work on her hands, having a team, a business manager, and podcast partner has been extremely helpful and supportive for her. Owning a business is not easy, but if you stick with it through all of the successes and failures with a great team, you will be successful.
