I talk about how it can be perceived in the way that people don't deserve love, and be potentially shaming people who haven't learnt how to love themselves yet.

I talk about not only the quote and how it sparks backlash among people, because it can be counter intuitive, dependant on the person receiving the message. Why talk about the problem if you can't share the solution?

I talk about the solution, how I believe we can attain self-love. I talk about how I went from hating myself to learning to love and accept myself.

Sometimes we create a scenario with someone with which we are a victim to their behaviour or to our circumstances. What we sometimes fail to realise is that whatever is going on around us is the universe communicating with us regarding a lesson that we may just need to learn.

People push our buttons or trigger something within us and it's usually teaching us something about ourselves. There is a deep wounding that lays beneath the emotions that are triggered within us, and when we are triggered, it's an opportunity for us to grow and heal through our wounds.

Pay attention to the lessons.
