Hi angels, death is inevitable, but we often associate it with just the physical death of dying. I want to talk about a spiritual death or death of the ego part of you. For there is magic in death and endings. Yet we spend so much of ourselves trying to cling and hold on to what's familiar and comfortable, instead of letting go of those things that need to die as they are no longer serving us.

Hi angels, I wanted to share with you what can happen when you journal, reflect and ask yourself the right questions. Funny thing happens. Your soul can give you the answer. But it’s not always what you think you want to hear. It may not even make logical sense. Often it’s what you actually need to hear. 

In my spiritual practices and journaling this morning, this question popped into my awareness. ‘What do I need to do right now for my business and financial growth and money mindset?’

Hi angels, today my baby graduated high school! I was excited. No more school! No more rules! Then it hit me....OMG a phase of my life is over forever! In this episode I share with you all the emotions, what this unexpectedly brought up in me and how I worked through this with a new level of awareness.

I know many of us Mums are in the same place, will go through, or have been through this phase in our life. It triggers more than just my babies have grown up. It brings up many deeper layers of ‘What about me’, ‘What will I do now’, 'What's my purpose now, my kids don't need me as much any more’. I’ll share you through some mindset shifts and heartfelt emotion to help guide you through this transition.

Hi angels, my husband Tom had a truck drive into his lane and write him off up just simply driving to the hardware. He’s ok thank you universe, but our perspective has changed big time on many things. Sometimes life throws you what you don’t want, but what your soul actually needs for a shake up or course correction.

All of this happened as we have just moved home, are renovating and as a result I have been a little quiet on the podcast. But I’m back!
