The story of Walt's 9 Old Men continues this week, as Erik tells us about Milt Kahl. Dubbed "Walt's Genius", Milt was responsible for defining much of the Disney art style of the early classics. His gift for animating movement was unmatched at the time, and probably still to this day. We also cover the recent happenings in Florida as Disney pulls the plug on Lake Nona, and the Star Wars hotel gets a final launch date.

Of all the many, many hotels surrounding the Disneyland Resort, there are several that are marked as "Good Neighbor Hotels" - but what does that even mean? Today, Erik talks about a small hotel tour he took recently to visit a few of these hotels, and to let us know how they stand out (and if they are good value)! Then, Jason gives us a sneak peak on his long-discussed Secret Show extra surrounding Walt Disney and his supposed fascist leanings.

From the people who almost brought you Liberty Square in Disneyland comes a whole new attraction that never happened ... Edison Square! Taren runs us through the weird history of this concept, including how it was born and why it never happened. Plus, Erik Is Eating Again, this time in the only brewpub at Walt Disney World!

There have been a couple of big updates happening over in Disneyland recently, mainly the Toontown redesign and the Plussing of Indiana Jones - two things that really needed an Imagineering shower! On today's show, we take you through each attraction (if you can call Toontown an attraction), and cover what's changed, how it looks, and how we feel about it. Erik gives us an update on the Florida Happenings with regards to Reedy Creek and how Disney is trying to thwart Florida Man. Then to the sad bit ... it's Bev's last show with EarzUp!, and we're all pretty broken up about it.
ByeBye Bev!

Get ready to get hungry, as Erik takes us through the very short and fragmented history of the Food and Wine Festival in DCA! We cover some of the old booth names and food offerings (and how all that's changed), and we talk about what's there this year. We also dive into some Disney news, because there's a lot to talk about this week!

On today's show, we cover another Disney lawsuit, this time involving Lucasfilm, which somehow surprises us both. We also talk about how Bob Iger suddenly realized that the Parks are too expensive, and what might be done with that. Plus a few more stories to round out the week!

Walt Disney is commonly looked at as a successful entrepreneur. A good example of what you can achieve if you simply roll up your sleeves and do it. While much of that is true, we can't all be Walt, right? We suffer setbacks, negative thinking, and no all of us have a Roy to help guide us ... so what hope do we have of reaching OUR goals? Jeff takes us on a grand circle tour of his book, "The Wisdom of Walt", and how he has taken Walt's life lessons and turned them into easily approachable examples for us to effect change in our own lives!

We start off the show with something we don't like doing, and that's talking about reviews of our shows. However, we got one recently that was so awesome we just had to share it. Moving on, we give some updates on the Reedy Creek Situation in Florida, Jeremy talks liasons on Disney Property, and some other news.
