This week's episode is all about mental health, and how to navigate depression, anxiety, and other mental and emotional difficulties. Zach and Cooper are joined by mental health professional Jen Woodrum, who also serves in Eastview's high school ministry as a small group leader. This conversation provides encouraging insight and practical steps on how to deal with these issues, how to follow Jesus while experiencing them, and how/when to ask for help.

This week, Zach talks about worshiping God every day by something called "practicing the presence." In Exodus, God’s presence comes and dwells in the camp. Just as the people of God followed his presence, we are called to do the same. God gave us his Holy Spirit to live inside of us, guide us, teach us, and lead us towards Jesus’ plan for our life.
