Eavesdrop- In the Moment Discussions

This conversation centers around the current events of the United States - Black Lives Matter. Moreover, there is a peeling of the onion that uncovers the systemic categorization, ranking, and prioritization which makes us susceptible to "lording" over others.   

Other topics included Brene Brown's Shame Theory, Malcolm Gladwell's Blink, White Privilege, and most importantly - Empathy.  The quicker we have conversations and get to know the plight of others, the easier it is for us to find a solution.
