Eavesdrop- In the Moment Discussions episodes

  • S1 Ep 16: Walking the Walk!

    Compassion Fatigued!

The tension of being graceful and almost on the edge of losing it.  How do you engage when you don't? What we resist usually persists, therefore, engage it gracefully because you want to have compassion for yourself.

Walk the walk is engaging what you have decided to do, owning it, and doing it.

  • S1 Ep 15: Divine Orchestrations!

    What a conversation!

We discussed honoring time, showing up, and performing.  Some takeaways: #1 Invest time in what you are doing, the fruit may take a while, but it will surely bud. #2 Don't focus only on the destination, be present to the journey.  #3 Show up, Sow and Reap.  We also got into more about Your Zone of Achievement (skills and gifts you acquire as you walk this earth, the integrator) and how it supports Your Zone of Brilliance (the innate capacities and talents that were born within you, the visionary). A Question: How can you build resiliency, strength, and patience by creating a relationship with what is "boring" and uncomfortable in your experiences?

We also talked about parenting and how children are individuals who need to make their own mistakes and build their own, unique experiences and bodies of work.

  • S1 Ep 14: Authority and Non-Attachments!

This conversation highlights how we get or receive authority.  We have to experience the hard roads, become pathfinders, develop the questions, discover the answers, process them and decide to be vulnerable to help others.

Discussions included how to walk in a weak place so that you can then walk within your strength, opening up to onlookers so that they see the creative process and not the completed product. Some people are interested in how the product was put together.

Lastly, non-attachment - the ability to help someone through a personal issue without carrying their burden.  By helping them, we can open doors for them to explore instead of us carrying the burden and both of us becoming stranded at the door.

Do you open up easily to people? Are you vulnerable with things you have thoroughly processed or do you think you can't speak or help someone? Do you want it given to you or do you want to learn it?

  • S1 Ep 12: Direction, Discipline, Design!

This Eavesdrop LIVE is all about Direction, Discipline & Design.

We discuss what it's like to be courageously and actively accepting of what is transforming in our lives, and the difference between this and being in the energy of resignation. We get into how we can work WITH the tide and not against it, and what lessons this practice teaches us.

The question we pose is this: How can I be actively engaged and supportive of finding solutions within the change and less reactive to that which is changing?

  • S1 Ep 11: Art of Being!

In this Eavesdrop LIVE, we touch on speaking from your heart, capturing the brilliance of being in the moment, and not attaching your ego to your speech ... living a bit unscripted.

Traci and Wulwyn talk about being prepared but refraining from living in a "straitjacket" where you can't create and let your truth and authentic self come through.

We realize at the end of our conversation that our key points developed around The Art of Being - the concept of living in your moments and experiencing them, fully.

  • S1 Ep 7: Authentic Stretch!

In this discussion, we explore  ...

The PIE & CAKE analogy around what men and women focus on, Ray Dalio’s Principles for Success, How do you step out of your comfort zone? What do your feelings mean when you are uncomfortable in this "new zone?", The theory of elasticity: the property of solid materials to deform under the application of an external force and to regain their original shape after the force is removed is referred to as its elasticity. The external force applied to a specified area is known as stress, while the amount of deformation is called the strain. ➙ The stress on you creates a new capacity within your strain.
