Josh & I met through Onnit Gym last fall, and quickly became good friends. He has a presence about him that is such a positive force in this world. In this episode we got into how to manage your own energy, and do so in a way that allows you to serve. Josh has a beautiful way of connecting people. His passion to help others & serve is loving awareness in action. • I think there is a lot of value in this conversation, and a lot of it was learned the hard way. We both admit that we have fallen short time & time again, but it is apparent in the way he chooses his words that it was not a waste. There is a sense of wisdom in his words that is worldly & true. David Trap has been a friend of mine for almost three years. We met in Austin, & started dreaming through conversation.
