Welcome to another episode of our EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 5:1-2, and it reads: “Be ye, therefore, followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.” 

The Lord is encouraging us to embody God's qualities and to be His followers as beloved children. He wants us to demonstrate love in our daily lives, mirroring the love that Christ has shown us. His sacrifice for humanity was not merely an act but a purposeful offering to God, representing the ultimate expression of love and devotion. This act was pleasing to God, described as a "sweet-smelling savor" that symbolized the acceptance and joy of His sacrificial love. By following this example, we are invited to cultivate a life characterized by love, compassion, and selflessness, reflecting Christ's principle in our interactions with others.

Today, as we pray, let’s open our hearts to God's wisdom and qualities, deepen our faith, and connect with the Lord.

Welcome to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 4:32, which reads: “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Jesus Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” 

Together, the Lord wants us to cultivate a community that is rooted in faith and love. He is reminding us of the importance of embracing kindness towards one another and demonstrating a spirit that fosters understanding and compassion. In moments of conflict or misunderstanding, God wants us to forgive each other, just as He has graciously forgiven us through Jesus Christ. 

This divine act of mercy serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of reflecting on the grace we've received from him and of extending that same grace to others. 

As we pray, let’s open our hearts to truly embrace these virtues in our interactions with one another, so we can build a strong, loving community that mirrors the love of Christ.

Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 3:20-21, which reads: “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”

Lord, thank you for reminding us that your words highlight not only your ability to fulfill our needs but to surpass our expectations in ways we can hardly imagine. It emphasizes that the same divine power that creates and sustains the universe works within us, igniting our faith and enabling us to do greater things in the name of Christ. The call to give glory to God through the church underscores our public responsibility to reflect His greatness and let His light shine through our lives. 

As we reflect on these truths, let us pray and be encouraged to ask boldly and think expansively about all that God can accomplish in us and through us.

Welcome to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 3:18-19. And it's read: “May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passed knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.” 

In this verse, the Apostle Paul prays that we, along with all believers, would grasp the incredible magnitude of Christ’s love. The four dimensions mentioned- breadth, length, depth, and height- symbolize the immeasurable and unconditional nature of God’s affection for us. This love transcends human understanding and experience, offering a profound invitation to know and embrace a relationship with Him that goes beyond surface-level knowledge. 

As we meditate on these words, let's pray with an open heart and express gratitude for the depth of God’s Love. Let’s strive to be satisfied with all the fullness of God. 

In doing so, we not only deepen our faith but also cultivate a community of love and support among the saints. May this understanding inspire us to share that love with others, reflecting the grace and fullness we receive from Him each day.

Welcome to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 3:17, which states: “That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love.” 

The Lord is emphasizing the importance of having Him NOT as a distant God but as an intimate presence in our lives. Being “rooted and grounded in love” is a deep, unwavering connection to the Lord. It is like a tree that is firmly anchored in the soil, drawing nourishment and strength from its roots. 

This is why the Lord is encouraging us to cultivate a strong foundation of faith that allows us to truly understand and experience His love. He wants us to persevere in prayer, so we can be grounded in love and faith. 

As we pray, let us consider how we can open our hearts more fully to Christ, allowing His love to transform our thoughts, actions, and relationships. How can we create an environment for those around us, and foster a community that reflects Christ's unconditional love?

It is a great joy to welcome you to another episode of our EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 3:14-15. And it read: “For this reason, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.”

The Lord wants us to recognize the depth of our connection to Him and each other. With reverence, let’s recognize the connection of all creation under the Lord's authority, celebrating the unity that binds us all as one family. It is from Him that every family, whether in the heavenly above or on earth, receives identity and purpose. 

As we pray, let us humble ourselves, bow our knees, and open our hearts in prayer before the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, acknowledging His sovereignty and compassion, so that His will can be accomplished in our lives.

This incredible access empowers us to engage deeply and live our lives with assurance and strength. Hold on to the truth that we can gain access to through Christ. He is encouraging us to welcome the boldness and confidence of his word through prayer

Welcome to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 2:14, and it reads: "For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us." 

Let the Lord tear down these walls and let him create a space for peace and reconciliation in our lives. The Lord wants to tear down the walls of separation and give us peace. He wants us to enter a secret closet with him, close the door, and draw closer to him in our conversation and prayer. For he is our source of peace, who has dismantled the barriers that once separated us. Through his sacrifice, the divisions that created conflict and hostility have been removed, allowing a new sense of community and understanding to flourish among us.

As we pray, let us think about the walls in our lives, some of which may be the barriers of misunderstanding, prejudgment, and hurt, for the Lord is dismantling the barriers and inviting us into a relationship with him. The Lord wants to transform our prayers into more than mere words. But a heartfelt devotion, a faithful outpouring of what we are truly going through and what we would like the Lord to do for us. For God is our Father, he wants to do more for us than we can do for ourselves.

Welcome to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. I hope your day is off to a great start. Our prayer today will be aligned with the scripture taken from Ephesians 2:10: “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

Today, as we pray, let us fulfill the good work we are scheduled to do. The Lord is reminding us of the value of prayer. Prayer is not only a conversation with the Lord, but a moment when we can change our understanding.  Each of us is a unique masterpiece, crafted by God with intention and purpose. We are called for good work; the Lord wants us to positively impact the lives of others, for we are not ordinary creations. In Christ Jesus, we have been designed for acts of kindness, love, and service that reflect Him.

Welcome to another episode of EBC’s Prayer Podcast. Our scripture is taken from Ephesians 2:4-5, and it reads: “But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love for us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (for by grace you are saved).” 

The Lord is overflowing with mercy towards us. God, who is abundant in mercy and grace, has demonstrated His incredible love for us, even when we found ourselves spiritually dead due to our trespasses and sins. In His boundless compassion, He has brought us to life in unity with Christ, reminding us that our salvation is a gift bestowed upon us through His grace, an unwavering promise that we are not defined by our failures, but by the transformative power of His love.

As we pray, let us remember the depth of God’s love and mercy. No matter how challenging life may appear, God's mercy is overflowing, and His love is limitless. We are never alone. God is always present and investing in each of our lives.
