Ever heard of the Ebor Dutton Trout Hatchery? Well this week we catch up with Paul ‘the big dog’ Sheather to talk about one of those bucket list things every keen fisherman needs to experience. Paul, who is the NSW regional assistant manager, runs Jono and Guesty through some of the amazing work they do when it comes to raising and releasing Trout into inland streams and waters. As usual, throughout the podcast the boys get stuck into each other about everything from Jono’s diction, Guesty and Pauls meet story and the time Paul found himself in a sticky situation with a snake on the banks of a local river. To finish, the boys run you through some of the famous attractions in the New England area that all visitors should check out when on the road, especially when it comes to supporting smaller communities post Covid-19.
