Ed gives some of the 'substantial' meals he's had during the recent pandemic a very poor review as this coming September 21st sees the reopening of the 'wet' pubs. Ed talks about why he thinks it's a good thing ultimately but not for the reasons you think, there's a strange re-imaging of Star Wars and the brand new soap opera "Space Notes" makes its stunning debut as 'glut' is the word of the week somehow.

This week Ed talks about the ongoing pandemic and how it has affected his butter purchases, there's a mild rant about the local scourge of young people (or scuts as Ed calls them) letting off fireworks constantly and Ed recalls the terror of going to school and the embarrassment that comes from being a pubescent that continues to adulthood. All this plus Brendan Blowhard joins Ed for a discussion on his new living arrangements and to pay tribute to Van Morrison in his own unique way.

Ed is cheerfully discussing his predictions for how the world is going to end and whether or not he will learn how to drive before that happens on this week's episode plus a lengthy interview with returning guest Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees where Ed tries to explain his old Sean Connery routine from when he used to do stand up and Barry inflicts his impression of the old Scot on everyone's ears.

Ed finds himself in an unlikely conversation with the Sky Boss, AKA God, where he demands an explanation on the non status of nipples on Duck Billed Playtpi (sic). There's slight tension with Ed's beloved as things get competitive in the most run of the mill way. Ed also defends the much maligned seagull and there is a review of the Netflix series (Un) Well which features Ed's doppelganger practicing Tantric meditation and weird men buying breast milk online .
