Sleep is one of the most underrated things we do as humans. We "Grind" and we actually boast about being on low sleep. Then on the other hand we are always complaining about how tired we are. Now I think its a deficiency in nutrition, sleep and hydration all together which leads to a lot of peoples issues, but on this episode, I talk about the different habits you can utilize today to get better sleep and have better sleep.
